Castlecroft is made up of a 16 bed mixed hostel. There are three wings of accommodation, and staff offices attached.
The 16 flatlets comprising combined kitchen, living room, and bedroom, with en-suite shower room attached.
One of the three wings is a Women's only corridor, the other two being mixed.
There are staff on site 24/7. Housing support workers during the day, and night support workers at night.

For those not already involved in full time employment, training or education, there will be daily activity programme. Two programmes will be running side by side, Housing Management and all that involves, and Social and Life skills programme.
