To provide a comprehensive range of accommodation and support services to young homeless people, and seek to involve them in the planning and delivery of those services.

The project will collect and monitor records on the source of all referrals. Such information will be held for a period of twelve months and made available to partner agencies who may require it for monitoring purposes, after twelve months the information will be destroyed.

The project recognises the value of the participation of service users in the development and management of its services.
The project will respond to any complaints of discrimination through its agreed complaints procedure. Failure to comply with the projects equal opportunities policy may result in further action being taken, including disciplinary action.
In the event of the project being accused of discriminatory practices, the management committee will investigate and ensure any policy and working practices are amended if appropriate.
The project will ensure that, as a minimum, an annual review of this policy and all information monitored is undertaken and acted upon.
